“ I'm from Omaha & every time we visit Denver, we HAVE to stop by La Calle. I absolutely love their tacos de asada and chorizo. They have so many meat and topping options it's really hard to choose. It's a small little spot that's easy to overlook but I'm so glad we found it during one of our visits! ”

“ This taco shop is hands down one of my favorites and one of the few I've seen that do the legit birria tacos with goat. It is a small shop inside of what looks like a house and if you are not paying attention you will drive right past it. Service is always great the staff are friendly and food comes out fast. I have tried quite a few of their tacos and my favorites are the lengua, birria, al pastor, tripas (extra crispy), and asada. Ordering any of those tacos you won't be disappointed especially if you top any of them off with the pickled habanero red onions to add some extra kick. If you are in the neighborhood I definitely recommend a stop in! ”

The tacos were soft shell, and you could pick whatever toppings you wanted on them. The beef cheeks were nowhere near as tender as in Europe, but everything tasted good and was good value ”
